xRefilling
For refilling, quickly turn over the water reservoir. Minimal water discharge will occur if done quickly.
Empty contents from tank, rinse, and refill as necessary.
Cleaning your K&H Waterer
To keep your K&H Waterer clean and free from buildup, follow these simple steps:
- Prepare the Cleaning Solution:
- Add hot water to the waterer bottle.
- Add 1-2 tablespoons of baking soda.
- Pour in 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar.
- Add a handful of small, smooth rocks to the bottle. These will help scrub away any debris during cleaning.
- Clean the Bottle:
- Secure the cap and gently shake the bottle to mix the solution and rocks.
- Swish the mixture around for a few minutes, allowing the rocks to scrub the inside of the bottle.
- Rinse Thoroughly:
- Empty the solution and rinse the bottle thoroughly with warm water to ensure all baking soda, vinegar, and debris are removed.
- Let the bottle air dry completely before refilling with fresh water.
Regular cleaning will help keep your K&H Waterer in great condition and provide your pets with clean, fresh water!

How long can a heated product be plugged in?
